The division of Production became a member of LÉDEM Group in 2003. Earlier it had been known as BERVA Rt., 70% of whose portion of property was acquired by LÉDEM 2000 Kft.
At the recommencement the owner realized a major capital injection to support the renovation of the impoverished buildings and factory units, as well as the renovation of the machinery. The metal-working centres were equipped, and plastic die-casting machines were purchased in order to make the production even more efficient.
In the first place the factory unit sells own products, supplies directly various metal – lathe-turned and milled, as well as plastic parts to the automobile industry. In 2008 the company won a tender, and with the help of the EUROPEAN UNION and the HUNGARIAN STATE further market potential opened up in the field of light metal casting.
The division works on a ground of 3.000 m2 altogether. The area can be divided into three well-separated parts. The plastic production and the magnet assembly take place in a separated building, behind that the CNC moulding plant was established. The various pneumatic sockets, gas springs, rotary actuator-operated door operators are produced and assembled in the third hall. The division is owned by LÉDEM 2000 Kft., however, it is operated as an individual unit considering both its organization and its scope of authority.
